Dean Vaden brings over 20 years of experience directing the strategic planning, business development and sales efforts within organizations in the healthcare and insurance industry.
Before Consilium, Vaden previously worked with Coventry Healthcare, First Health Division as National Sales Director responsible for the nationwide sales team marketing various products such as PPO networks, case management, utilization review services, and non-network claims solutions.
Vaden prides himself on building the best in class sales and management solutions for healthcare companies while focusing on the fundamentals of effective leadership.
Chief Operating Officer
McDaniel brings over 20 years of experience in the health insurance industry as well as holding the Health Insurance Associate and Disability Insurance Associate designations from the Health Insurance Association of America.
Before Consilium, McDaniel was the Director of Compliance for Trustmark Insurance Company, for which she and her team were responsible for interpretation, monitoring, implementing and complying with state and federal requirements governing the conduct of both Trustmark Insurance Company and CoreSource.
Prior to her transition to Compliance, McDaniel held positions managing claims operations for medical, life, and disability products. McDaniel has been with Consilium for 6 years and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company including negotiations, claims repricing, client implementations, and system set-up.
Regional Vice President of Sales
David Williams serves as the Regional Vice President of Sales for Consilium. He is responsible for nationwide sales of Consilium’s proprietary claims negotiation and healthcare intelligence software technology platform.
Williams has been in the healthcare industry for 30 years starting his career with Blue Cross of Central Ohio where he was promoted to Regional Sales Director for the Midwest region transferring to Chicago. He has held executive sales positions in other healthcare organizations such as a PPO network, TPA, and a HMO. He has experience working for an outsourced claims connectivity company and an outsourced sales company.
Williams comes to Consilium from Life Line Screening, the largest wellness company in the country. He was responsible for national sales to large employers, unions and insurance companies.
